1. Terms Agreement

By using the NodajiFi service provided by NodajiFi Labs ("Service"), you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these terms, you are not authorized to use the Service.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for changes. Continued use of the Service after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Service Overview

NodajiFi is a public Hallyu (Korean Wave) educational service platform operated by NodajiFi Labs, established in Korea. The platform provides free educational content and allows users to earn rewards through quizzes, exams, challenges, courses, and community activities.

Users can also participate in voting, surveys, polls, and content submission. Submitted content undergoes a review process to ensure accuracy, suitability, copyright compliance, and uniqueness. Once approved, users receive 50% of the revenue generated from their content, with rewards distributed on a monthly basis.

3. User Registration

To access the Service, users must register an account using an email address. We do not collect personal identifiers such as real name, phone number, or address. Users can select a nickname and avatar for platform interaction.

By registering, you agree to maintain the accuracy of your account details and ensure the security of your credentials.

4. Privacy & Data Protection

Our Service complies with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). We collect and store only the minimum required data (email address) for account management and communication purposes.

Users can request account deletion at any time, which results in the permanent removal of all associated data.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users agree not to engage in the following activities while using the Service:

• Posting or sharing false, misleading, or harmful content.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• Using automated bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or harming other users or platform staff.
• Uploading content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Engaging in fraudulent activities, including false content submissions.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

6. Content Submission & Revenue Sharing

Users may submit learning content for review. Once approved, the creator receives 50% of the revenue generated from its usage.

NodajiFi Labs reserves the right to approve or reject submitted content based on accuracy, suitability, and copyright compliance.

7. Payment & Revenue Distribution

Users who submit approved learning content are eligible to receive 50% of the revenue generated from their content.

• Payments are processed on a monthly basis.
• Payouts are made only if the minimum earnings threshold is met (if applicable).
• Users must ensure their payment details are accurate to receive earnings.
• NodajiFi Labs reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud or policy violations.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without any guarantees. NodajiFi Labs is not liable for damages, technical issues, or any losses incurred from Service usage.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NodajiFi Labs, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:

• Your use or inability to use the platform.
• Any loss of data or security breaches.
• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in content.
• Any third-party actions or services linked to the platform.

9. Disclaimer on Content & Availability

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date educational content, NodajiFi Labs does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the platform. Content may be updated, modified, or removed at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. NodajiFi Labs is not responsible for temporary unavailability due to maintenance, system failures, or external factors beyond our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Seoul, Korea. Any legal disputes will be settled in courts located in Korea.
